SLEEPTALKING

Vandad Kashefi and Pater Sparrow were invited to create a pop-up exhibition that they had to execute from scratch and finalise within 48 hours.

All pieces were improvised and inspired by the actual state of the artists.

 

 



Wall covered with sheets of stamps featuring a red and yellow design, some are stained or damaged.
A wall decorated with household items including two metal plates, a yellow padded item, various small accessories, and some rope and string.
Eggshells with burnt eggs inside placed in an egg carton on a wooden surface.
A black shopping cart filled with various items, including a doll with orange hair and a keyboard, surrounded by books and magazines, positioned inside a room with tiled and brick flooring and painted walls.
Several large, irregularly shaped rocks or mineral samples displayed on top of fingerprint cards and scattered coins.
A round display of twelve glass bottles, each filled with different herbs, spices, or natural ingredients, sealed with cork stoppers, set on a wooden platform.
